Estelle Kearney

Estelle Kearney is a gut health specialist dietitian with extensive experience in complex Gastroenterology conditions. She has worked as a specialist dietitian across various NHS teaching hospitals, including leading a neurogastroenterology dietetic service for patients with disorders of the gut-brain connection. Estelle now works at a world-leading private hospital in London as an advanced dietitian in gastroenterology, in addition to supporting clients with women’s health and metabolic conditions.

A specialist in irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), she is highly skilled in the dietary management of IBS, having completed advanced FODMAP training at King’s College London. A strong advocate towards a holistic approach to improving gut health, she always considers each client’s unique lifestyle factors alongside dietary needs. Her passion lies in helping clients manage troublesome gut symptoms and improve their quality of life.

She has presented to medical and healthcare professionals on gastrointestinal conditions in line with the latest evidence-based research. In addition to educating the wider public on gut health, she has delivered workshops on nutrition and the gut-brain connection. Understanding of how debilitating gut symptoms can be, Estelle is committed to delivering highly skilled dietetic care to each client to support their wellbeing and achieve symptom relief.

Availability

Estelle Kearney offers online consultations on Wednesdays from 5pm-7pm and on Thurdays from 6pm-8pm.
