Ingredients

½ can (115g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed ½ can (115g) cannellini beans, drained and rinsed 1 garlic clove, chopped 1 tbsp tahini Juice of ½ lemon 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil ½ tsp paprika - plus extra to top Salt and pepper to taste Ryvita Beetroot & Parsnip Veg Thins for dipping

Method

Step 1

Simply blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth, adding a splash of water for the texture you like, and it's ready for dipping!
