White bean hummus

Dips are foolproof snacking essential and such a great way to pack in extra plant points. love mixing up the legumes, using different herbs or spices on top, and dipping with crackers like these Ryvita beetroot & parsnip vegetable thins for an extra fibre crunch.

3 Plant Points


  • ½ can (115g) chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • ½ can (115g) cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika (plus extra to top)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Ryvita Beetroot & Parsnip Veg Thins for dipping


  1. Simply blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth, adding a splash of water for the texture you like, and it's ready for dipping!
