White bean hummus

serves 4


Dips are foolproof snacking essential and such a great way to pack in extra plant points. love mixing up the legumes, using different herbs or spices on top, and dipping with some wholegrain crackers for an extra fibre crunch.

White bean dip

3 Plant Points


  • ½ can (115g) chickpeas, drained & rinsed
  • ½ can (115g) cannellini beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ tsp paprika (plus extra to top)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Wholegrain crackers for dipping


  1. Simply blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor until smooth, adding a splash of water for the texture you like, and it's ready for dipping!
