Serves 1

1 banana (frozen or fresh) 1 cup (250ml) of any milk 1 tbsp cocoa powder 4 ice cubes A sprinkle of Bio&Me gut-loving granola (or other no added sugar granola, I used Super Seedy & Nutty)

Method

Step 1

Simply whizz up the banana (frozen or fresh), 1 cup (250ml) of any milk, the cocoa powder, 4 ice cubes in a blender until smooth & creamy, then add a sprinkle of Bio&Me gut-loving granola.
