I first heard about Dr Megan Rossi from my mum – she had seen Dr Rossi on This Morning and thought that she might be able to help me. I’d started getting bad bloating symptoms and was feeling really unhappy about it, so when I googled The Gut Health Doctor and the first thing that popped up was the Bloating Masterclass, I couldn’t believe my luck.

I follow a vegan diet and, thanks to getting my protein from foods like beans and lentils, I’ve always experienced a little bit of bloating but, out of the blue, it suddenly got a lot worse. It was so physically uncomfortable that I was finding it hard to sleep because of the discomfort I was feeling. It came on so quickly that I was really worried about it. I decided to attend Dr Rossi’s Bloating Masterclass live and I am so glad that I did. It was an amazing and intense two hours. I learned so much! I was taking notes all the way through and joining the dots up about bloating and triggers and suddenly it all made sense what was going on.

I felt so lucky to have found Dr Rossi just at the right moment because it steered me away from going any further down that road of wasting time and money on false solutions – it turned out that the supplements I’d been trying were actually a bloating trigger! After the class, I made some immediate changes to my diet and lifestyle which helped with my bloating a lot – these were the quick, easy wins that encouraged me that I was on the right track. But this was just the beginning.

In the following weeks, I took a deep dive into all the resources available through the Bloating Masterclass portal and, thanks to the guidance of the Bloating Tracker, I figured out my top four triggers. The site was easy to navigate and, although the amount of information available at first felt a bit overwhelming, in hindsight I’m so grateful that Dr Rossi is sharing that level of detail as it’s an amazing resource for understanding your gut health.

My symptoms have been improving ever since the Bloating Masterclass, and I feel like I’m finally heading in the right direction. The biggest benefit is being able to sleep through the night but I’m also feeling so much calmer and in control of my health because I finally have peace of mind.
