Super Six coffee smoothie

If you’re looking for a new morning pick-me-up then this smoothie is for you. With all of your plant groups covered, this smoothie is packed with fibre to promote digestive health, as well as gut-loving polyphenols to support a flourishing microbiome.

7 Plant Points


  • 150g plain yoghurt (we used Bio&Me Vanilla Kefir Yoghurt)
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 70g black beans
  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • ½ cup oats
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup cold brewed coffee


  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blitz for 30-45 seconds until completely smooth.
  2. Pour into a chilled glass and enjoy!
